UMACO Group has successfully completed the renovation of Katerina Park Hotel in Moscow. A redesign of the guest public areas on the entrance floor was finalized in April 2010, a unique and conceptually new conference floor was opened in July 2010 and the new gym and relax area with saunas and Jacuzzi as well as a new kitchen and staff areas were completed in December 2010. 
The design project, the reconstruction and the rebranding was carried out without interrupting the hotel operations and receiving of guests, since the acquisition of the hotel in February 2010.  
In less than a year, occupancy rates and RevPAR index of Katerina Park more than doubled. Today, the hotel has achieved a strong position on the market among the leading well known international hotel brands in Moscow, evidenced by the guest reviews on Tripadvisor, where Katerina Park is a top rated 4-star hotel in Moscow.
